Field Day is always the fourth full weekend of June, beginning at noon local time Saturday and running through noon local time on Sunday. We are only permitted to operate 24 hours if we setup before noon.
Date: ARRL Field Day will be held June 24-25, 2023.
Place: At the home of Matt Garcia, N5PTV (check his QRZ page for address)
We will have a porta-potty on-site the entire weekend. We are also planning a potluck dinner as well, to include BBQ, burgers, brats, sides and drinks.

Operators: Please check the rules concerning Field Day before you start operating.
We use N3FJP Field Day Contest Log software. Please have that installed BEFORE you start. No need to purchase it if you have not done so. We’ll use the club license on Field Day. Contact Bobby Duncan, KF5GTX, for the login information PRIOR to Field Day.
We will be posting pictures each year. If you have any from past Field Day events, please email them to Bobby Duncan via QRZ.

Here is a great article written by Gabe Zeifman NJ7H about satelllite stations and roving in the Arctic.
